Payment terms
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. No booking will be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Payment of the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received 60 days prior to the booking commencement date, Exmouth Fly Fishing reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Cancellation and refund policy
If your booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
If the final balance has been paid and your booking is cancelled between 60 and 30 days, 50% of the full trip fee will be forfeited.
If the final balance has been paid and your booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, the full fee of the trip will be forfeited.
Weather Conditions
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure customer satisfaction and safety, weather factors are outside the control of Exmouth Fly Fishing.
It is entirely up to the expert discretion of the guide to make a judgement as to the safety of the continuation of the tour with regard to the weather conditions. If the guide decides to cancel the tour due to unsafe weather conditions, the tour will be rescheduled at the first available convenience, however if this is impractical a refund will be provided on a pro-rata basis.
Use of Equipment
Loss or damage to any equipment provided by Exmouth Fly Fishing will incur additional replacement costs.
